Here's a great way to use those Thanksgiving leftovers in a new way. These sliders made with your Thanksgiving Day leftovers will become a go-to.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. King's Hawaiian rolls
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 lb. shredded or sliced turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups stuffing (warmed up)
- 6 Tbsp. melted salted butter
- 1/2 diced onion, or 2 tsp. minced dried onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat the bottom of a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
- Slice King's Hawaiian rolls in half, horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared pan
- Starting at the bottom, layer the dijon mustard, mashed potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. Replace the top rolls on assembled sliders.
- With the melted butter in a separate bowl, add the onion and Worchestershire sauce. Mix and use a brush to apply to the top, ensuring each roll is sufficiently coated.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Cut the sliders apart and serve immediately. Enjoy!
